Join the Hive
The following forms are required and must be completed prior to attendance.
All records are kept confidential
Immunization Records
Complete immunization records and a signed physician's health statement are mandatory. We prioritize the health and safety of our entire preschool hive.
Birth Certificate or Passport
Please provide a copy of the birth certificate, and/or passport. These help us verify indentification of children in care.
Signed Contact & Policies
Review and sign the Busy Bees Preschool contact and policies to confirm your child's enrollment & acknowledge that you understand our expectations & procedures.

Initial Inquiry
Reach out to us via our contact form for interest. We'll provide you with our basic information package and answer any immediate questions about Busy Bees.

Read Handbook
Check out our comprehensive parent handbook to understand our philosophy, daily schedule, and important safety protocols.

Submit Application
Complete the registration forms and provide necessary documentation. We'll review your application and confirm availability for your child's age group.

Welcome!
Once approved, you'll receive your welcome packet and start date. We can’t wait to have your little bee join our hive!
